Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee private event bookings and partnership projects from inquiry through execution
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, venues, vendors, and brand partners
  • Respond promptly and professionally to event and partnership inquiries via email and other communication channels
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients, partners, and collaborators
  • Generate and send event quotes, proposals, and customized event packages
  • Coordinate event logistics including timelines, travel, setup, and breakdown
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to coordinate inventory and staffing logistics for events
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations, pop-ups, collaborations, and special events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community partners
  • Research and identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities aligned with the Coastal Cowgirls Collective brand
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Assist in organizing partnership pipelines, event calendars, contracts, invoices, and project updates
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth event execution
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team on marketing efforts surrounding partnerships, activations, and events
  • Represent the Coastal Cowgirls Collective brand with professionalism and strong communication at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in events, partnerships, hospitality, marketing, or brand management preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing client communications and event logistics
  • Comfortable working flexible hours when needed surrounding events and activations
  • Knowledgeable in Canva + GSuite
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle brands, events, and customer experience is a plus
