Coastal Cowgirls Collective is a fast-growing custom hat bar and lifestyle brand based in Tampa, Florida, built around creating unforgettable experiences. Position Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the Hyde Park Village storefront
- Manage scheduling and staffing for the CCC team
- Oversee inventory management for both the storefront and private events
- Work closely with the Event & Partnership Manager to support events and activations
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Lead, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Assist with hiring and building out the CCC team as the company continues to grow
- Work alongside the Lead Stylist to support staff training and onboarding
- Maintain overall store organization, appearance, and operational efficiency
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and problem-solving professionally
- Support sales growth through strong leadership and operational excellence

Qualifications
- Previous retail management or store leadership experience required, 2+ years in retail management or similar is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and team leadership
- Ability to work weekends and flexible retail hours as needed
- Passion for fashion, events, retail, and customer experience is a plus
