Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations of the Hyde Park Village storefront
  • Manage scheduling and staffing for the CCC team
  • Oversee inventory management for both the storefront and private events
  • Work closely with the Event & Partnership Manager to support events and activations
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Assist with hiring and building out the CCC team as the company continues to grow
  • Work alongside the Lead Stylist to support staff training and onboarding
  • Maintain overall store organization, appearance, and operational efficiency
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and problem-solving professionally
  • Support sales growth through strong leadership and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Previous retail management or store leadership experience required, 2+ years in retail management or similar is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and team leadership
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible retail hours as needed
  • Passion for fashion, events, retail, and customer experience is a plus
