Coastal Cowgirls Collective is looking to bring on a hat bar stylist who is excited about
working alongside our customers to design their dream hats. Our hat bar stylists provide a
very personalized and intimate experience for all of our customers by guiding them through
the process of designing their one of a kind hat. Our stylists not only help guide them
through the process of creating their hat with all of the add-ons, they also take the
customer’s hat and add-ons and bring it to life right before their eyes. We are more than just
a retail boutique. We provide a personal and memorable experience for our customers who
then can walk away with a hat that truly embodies their style for years to come.

What you will be doing:
● Greeting and engaging with customers, answering any questions they may have
about the process
● Guiding customers and helping them make decisions
● Bring the customer’s visions to life by hand-designing their hat right before their eyes
● Constantly engaging with customers, creating that intimate and memorable
experience
● Keeping the store tidy and organized
● Process payments and bag up merchandise
● Assisting with back stock and monitoring inventory levels for reordering purposes
● Having so much fun!

our customers
● love the idea of guiding customers in a step by step process from choosing their hat
and building the hat right in front of their eyes!
