Lead Key Holder (full-time)

Little Words Project is looking for a responsible Key Holder to help organize and run our retail location. Your job will be essential in ensuring the sales team meets its efficiency and customer satisfaction goals. Our ideal candidate will have retail experience skills with a strong business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing, have strong interpersonal skills, and mediation is a liaison between managers, employees, and customers. Ultimately, the duties of the key holder are to make sure our stores operate effectively and that we keep our customers happy.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Support manager in creation and distribution of store schedule
  • Open and close the store
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
  • Handle complaints from customers
  • Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines
  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with customer service
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Passion for learning, sharing LWP’s core values, including positivity and kindness
