Part-Time Sales Associate

Yaya + Lou is looking to grow a diverse and creative team for their newest location in Hyde Park.  We are actively hiring warm and friendly sales associates who are ready to welcome customers of all ages and backgrounds and build lasting relationships.  All staff members are expected to be outgoing, kind, and inclusive.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with excellent customer service
• Become a product expert and make recommendations based on customer’s needs
• Engage with customers, form relationships, and build brand loyalty
• Maintain contact with all team members and leaders
• Receive and process new inventory
• Prepare and fulfill orders
• Maintain store displays, appearance, and overall cleanliness

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Organized, efficient, and self motivated
• Honest, ethical, and has high integrity
• Works well independently and with a team
• Must be flexible and available to work weekends
• Passion for creativity and design
• Social media and graphic design experience is preferred
