Seasonal Key Holder

The Kittenish Tampa location is currently looking for seasonal help, and for applicants who are flexible and available between November 19th, 2023 and January 5th, 2024.

The store is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and operates on shortened hours for Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

Kittenish’s founder is country pop singer-songwriter, reality tv personality and entrepreneur Jessie James Decker. Established in 2014, the Nashville-based brand is a culmination of Jessie’s signature fashion sense, and her passion for style and design.

Key Holder Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and closing the Kittenish Tampa store on your own when a manager is not present
• Trusted with a key to the Kittenish Tampa store
• Efficiently open and close store registers
• Assist with inventory management of the Tampa store
• Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are being helped in a timely fashion
• Ensure sales floor is fully stocked at all times
• Assist customers and troubleshoot issues when necessary
• Ability to take over-the-phone orders and ship out product as needed
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing inventory
• Report directly to Store Manager and Assistant Manager

Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and ensure excellent customer service
• Keep visual merchandise organized
• Assist customers and troubleshoot customer service issues when necessary
• Greet customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Style pieces based off customer and ensure customers feel confident and comfortable in sizing
• Point of sale knowledge and experience
• Assist managers with daily tasks such as tagging inventory, organizing, cleaning etc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Retail experience, preferably in a key holder or sales associate role
• Basic computer POS understanding
• Presentable demeanor and friendly nature
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Diligent and responsible attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
