Charcuterie Workshop

Join us for an evening outside in Snow Circle Shops while you taste and create a charcuterie board to share. This charcuterie class hosted in collaboration with Fig and Julep will include a variety of meats, cheese and accoutrements to learn about and use to design your own board.

Learn tips and tricks from professional food stylist Amanda Rice as she guides you through her favorite ways to make a beautiful board. Guests will create a board to enjoy or take home that evening. Tickets are $35 per person including an olive oil tasting, 4 gourmet meats, 5 cheeses and a variety of special sides to add to your board.
