French Baking: Brioche at Sur La Table

Brioche is a French bake that crosses the boundaries between a pastry and bread. It is soft, buttery and delicious, and its slightly delicate flavor lends itself beautifully to both savory meals and sweet treats. In this class, our chef instructor will teach you how to mix this versatile and decadent dough. You will fry it up into doughnuts, braid the dough with chocolate into a babka and use a fluted tin to bake rolls known as Brioche à Tête.
