Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome & Engage: Create genuine relationships with customers, offering personalized service and making every interaction meaningful
  • Share Product Knowledge: Guide clients with your enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring they find exactly what they need
  • Keep the Floor Sharp: Maintain beautifully stocked and visually inspiring displays
  • Support Operations: Assist with daily tasks, from order processing to customer service, with accuracy and professionalism
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Greyson at community events and in-store activations that bring people together

Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service (preferred)
  • A passion for people and strong rapport building skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast based energetic environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team first attitude
