French Heritage Macarons at Sur La Table

We pay homage to our French heritage in this macaron class! Our chef instructor will teach you to make two macaron flavors—Peach and Champagne and Crème Brûlée—for a selection of quintessential French treats. You’ll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs and tips for coloring batter. After piping and baking your batter, we’ll construct our macarons with crisp shells and from-scratch fillings.
